About Me
Surleigh Tara
Surleigh Tara is the Founder and CEO of Kahs In Kol, Inc. (dba: Pacifika United), a non-profit ministry dedicated to equipping leaders within Pacific Island communities to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. With over 15 years of ministry experience, Surleigh has led efforts to empower individuals with spiritual guidance, biblical knowledge, and practical resources to bring hope and comfort to those in need.
He holds a Master of Divinity from Azusa Pacific University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Bible Exposition at Liberty University. In addition to his ministry work, Surleigh serves as an IT Systems Analyst at Victor Valley College, where he combines his technical expertise with his passion for service.
Surleigh is deeply committed to his calling, finding joy in sharing the love of Christ and supporting communities through faith-based outreach. He is blessed with a loving family—his wife, Eleanor Marcus Tara, and their four children: Trevor, Vanessa, Chelsea, and Zacheriah—who support and inspire his mission.
